- Sophia is the Director of Research and Operations at UniqueView, where she oversees global and domestic projects. She is responsible for all aspects of client relationship and project oversight, focusing on understanding business issues and identifying unmet needs, designing effective research, analyzing and interpreting data, and the implementation of results.
- Sophia is particularly experienced in conducting high level executive in-depth interviews and moderating focus group discussions.
